Information you provide
When you register your interest, we collect your name, email address, the personal or business interests you select, and your consent. You may also choose to provide a phone number and product interests. We record when you consent and which version of this notice applied.
How we use your information
We use your details to record your registration and send project and planned-product updates within the consent you give. We do not use this form to open an account, assess a finance application or make a credit decision.
Your choice
Our basis for sending these updates is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@fortisapp.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect use of information that took place before you withdrew it.
Storage and access
Registrations are stored in the project’s hosted database. Access is restricted to authorised people managing the project and its hosting service providers. We do not sell registration details. Hosting may involve processing outside the UK; any applicable transfer safeguards must be maintained by the project operator.
Keeping information
We keep registration details while needed for the purpose you agreed to. We review them as the project develops and remove them when they are no longer needed. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending updates and may retain a minimal record needed to respect your request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, correction or deletion, and exercise other applicable data protection rights. Contact info@fortisapp.co.uk. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
